Planning an opening with a special shape
Bring a photograph of the whole opening as well as the surrounding wall. Explain whether you want to preserve its shape, match nearby windows or change the appearance. Ask which geometric shapes, dimensions and frame details are available in the current product range, and whether the proposed window opens or remains fixed.
A photograph can start the discussion but does not replace the measurements needed for ordering. Ask how glass selection, access and installation affect the proposal. Confirm how the edges will be finished, what work is included around the opening and which written warranty applies to the selected product.
