I had my windows installed about 1 /12 years ago with Tropical Wholesale. I still love them and find that the customer service is excellent with them. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. I see negative reviews about Tropical Wholesale but I believe it is just the competitors sending those reviews out. They get 5 stars from me.
